Jason responded to my call for help early Saturday morning. He started work that morning on water remediation and mold removal in a kitchen where the dishwasher hose had leaked and damaged the laminate flooring, subfloor and cabinets. He was there daily until all the water in the wood was dried out. He removed the appliances and cabinets wherever his meter detected moisture and replaced the laminate flooring within one week in time for new renter move-in. Great communication and very professional. He takes care of insurance paperwork as well.

I just had a 75 gallon water heater replaced. I spoke to Devon, the owner who was very courteous and prompt when He came over to give me an estimate. The pricing was fair, and Very competitive. The large company estimates were 25% more on average. The work was done professionally, up to code, and the water heater looks great and works great. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing repairs.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Hands on Plumbing. They just completed a job requiring extensive back and forth with my homeowners insurance.
At one point insurance declared the leak not covered. Without their guidance communicating with the insurance company and educating me about the entire process, I wouldn't have been able to complete the buildback of my home.
Not only did they treat all of my questions and concerns with importance, but they always ensured the safety of my kitties whenever in the home.
Even if none of the challenges that they faced had occurred, I'd still give them a 5 star review. The work that was done is beautiful; floors replaced in about 80% of the home, kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom vanity and I'm not even sure how many other existing issues discovered and resolved along the way.

Devin and Jason Wilson, father and son owners of Hands On Plumbing, delivered amazing service and professionalism when I faced a major roof leak. They arrived at the home the evening I called, worked quickly to ensure the home was safe for my daughter and I and facilitated discussions with my home owners insurance reps to resolve the project as quickly as possible. When repeated issues came up during the project they were available to communicate even in the weekends. While I hope I won’t need to call them any time soon, I know exactly who to call for any swamp cooler, dry wall, mold mitigation and build back from the repair. Thank you both for getting us back to normal and helping us to keep our cool.

Absolutely recommend and will be doing business with again. Hands On was recommended to me, and when I called, Devin was very kind and talked me through everything over the phone. When he came to assess the issue, he was very patient with my husband and I and thoroughly answered all our questions.
When the day of the job, Devin and Jason were on time and prepared. They handled everything cleanly and professionally and recapped everything with us before leaving. We needed additional work done on the stucco, and they set us up with someone rather than leaving us stranded to find someone.
We're super happy with the job done and looking forward to working with them again.
